Mark has been selling commercial real estate since 1981 and has consistently been one of the top shopping center investment brokers in Metro Phoenix. Mark also has expertise with and has sold industrial and office buildings, multi-family properties and land. Mark co-founded Rein & Grossoehme in 1993, which recently celebrated its 28th anniversary. Prior to this he spent almost thirteen years with the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap where he was trusted to be the Designated Broker, was a Senior Sales Associate and received numerous annual and quarterly awards for sales. Mark prides himself on his in-depth knowledge of shopping centers resulting from his extensive sales experience and actual shopping center ownership- that differentiates him from most other brokers.
